Together partners of 4 universities of applied sciences and 3 rehabilitation centers in Europe worked towards the goal to further enable a smooth transfer from interprofessional education to work field for the last 3 years. A visit to the Student Run Interprofessional Learning Ward is included next to sharing tools, materials and approaches in lectures and workshops.
